Insurance and Payment
Therapy
Insurance is accepted for therapy. Insurance providers that Monica is in network with is as follows: Blue Shield of CA, Optum, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna
If you are not in-network with any of these insurance companies, you can also pay cash. Given that it can be challenging to maintain a weekly payment for therapy along with life, Monica offers a sliding scale for sessions, which is based upon your income. Inquire about this during your consultation call if you are interested.
Evaluations
Given the depth of the evaluation that Monica offers, insurance does not cover the services, and therefore, only cash is accepted for education and mental health evaluations. A flat rate is offered and is dependent upon the type of evaluation you are seeking. This can be discovered during your initial consultation call. A sliding scale can also be offered if financial need is determined.
Supervision
Monica also offers supervision to associates. Payment is dependent upon the number of supervision units the associate needs each month.
